We guarantee Street Evil products to be free of any manufacturing defect. The customer has 10 days from purchase date to return any item(s) for that reason only. Returns for products for any reason besides defective or incorrect item will be awarded store credit only.
If we have the product you ordered in our inventory then it will ship within 5-7 business days and for the products that we don’t have in stock it will take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and ship. When our Silver products ship you will get an email with a tracking number via UPS so you can keep track of the delivery date(s)
